1. Stirling S.R. Phillips, Esq., has been elected Bermultinational Limited's President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to becoming president of Bermultinational Limited, Stirling was vice president and general counsel. Before rejoining Bermultinational in February of 2006, Stirling served 15 years as an attorney for the Federal Deposit Insurance Deposit Corporation (FDIC).
