HENRY JAJUGA

Henry consults with Bermultinational Limited on special projects that specifically focus on health and safety issues. A selected list of his programs include: OSHA 10 and 30-hour outreach programs in General Industry and Construction, Safety Program Design and Consulting, Emergency Action or Response Plans, Disaster Preparedness and First Responder Awareness Training.

Henry is an Adjunct Faculty-Peer Instructor in the Rail Workers Hazardous Materials Training Program at George Meany National Labor College. Since 1999 he has facilitated training and education programs for Hazardous Materials Initial Responders and various OSHA standards in a variety of formats from the classroom to the Internet. During this time, he assisted in the development of several courses using the Instructional System Design format. His delivery technique centers on participatory methods, believing that personal involvement is necessary for educational retention. When training other instructors or classroom participants, Henry ensures that every individual receives respect and value and acknowledges that individual experience is a source of education to draw upon as a key aspect of the learning process.

Henry has worked in the construction and maintenance field for a major railroad for 27 years. During this tenure, he has operated diesel electric locomotive cranes, pile drivers, various truck-mounted cranes and other heavy equipment machines.

Henry is a magna cum laude graduate with a double major Bachelor of Arts degree in Labor Safety and Health and Labor Education from George Meany National Labor College. He earned his Masters degree in Legal and Ethical Studies from the University of Baltimore.
