MARK E. BENDER

Mark recently joined Bermultinational Limited as a Vice President of the firm. Mark has over 25 years experience in administration and operations management. He has provided dynamic, results-oriented, integrity-based leadership throughout his career.

At Bermultinational, Mark’s diverse responsibilities include commercial real estate and facilities management, demand management, procurement, sourcing and outsourcing, operations analysis, risk management and business continuity planning.

Prior to joining Bermultinational Limited, Mark served for seven years as Senior Vice-President and Chief Administration Officer for ACE INA in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he managed a $200 million budget and a staff of 360. He was responsible for real estate, facilities management, procurement, field administration, security, flight operations, risk management, and business continuity planning. Among Mark’s key accomplishments are the selection and negotiation of the U.S. headquarters for ACE INA, producing rent savings of $11M over ten years. He also designed and instituted worldwide emergency response and business continuity programs which were utilized during 9/11, the northeast blackout (August 2004), and Hurricanes Dennis, Katrina and Rita in 2006.

Prior to working at ACE INA, Mark held a series of managerial positions at American International Group (AIG) over a period of 16 years at the global headquarters in New York, and then in Philadelphia.

Mark is a cum laude graduate of the University of Scranton, and a Fulbright Scholar to Bucharest, Romania.
