TED N. TSCHUDY, Ph.D.
Ted Tschudy is a consultant, trainer and educator with over 30 years of experience in organization development, change management, and leadership development. Early in his career, Ted was an internal organization development consultant and a manager in a government science agency. For over 25 years as an external consultant, he has supported change efforts of individuals, teams and organizations in the public and private sectors. He is experienced in a broad range of collaborative improvement methods.
He has served as a faculty member of the American University School of Public Affairs and currently serves on the adjunct faculties of the American University/NTL Master’s Program in Organization Development and the Professional Studies in Organization Development and Knowledge Management (ODKM) Program at the George Mason School of Public Policy.
Ted is a past chair of the Board of Directors for the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science, a non-profit organization of applied behavioral scientists and practitioners that has fostered collaborative work in organizations for over 50 years. He has conducted workshops for NTL in organization development, consulting skills, virtual teams, human interaction, and change theory.
Ted holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kent State University. He earned a Masters degree in Government and a Doctoral degree in Public Administration from American University.
